Office Cleaning in Georgia

Floors, desks, glass, break rooms and restrooms cleaned on a written schedule that fits your hours.

Open-plan office after hours with rows of empty desks and a polished floor

A tidy office lets people work without noticing the space. A poorly kept one is distracting at best, and it affects how clients feel on arrival. Office cleaning here is a routine, not an event: the same checklist, on the same days, in the same order.

Visits are scheduled around your hours. Many offices choose evenings or early mornings so the work happens when the floor is empty, and the schedule is written down so nothing is left to memory.

What each visit covers

A standard office visit vacuums loose debris from all floors and carpets and mops hard floors with a disinfectant cleaner. Desks and furniture are dusted, and hard surfaces are wiped with a mild disinfectant. Waste bins are emptied and relined, glass and mirrors are cleaned, and light switches, door handles and fixtures are wiped. Break rooms and restrooms are cleaned and sanitized, and soap dispensers and paper towel holders are refilled. The break room dishwasher is loaded and run if needed.

High-touch surfaces: clean first, then disinfect

Door handles, light switches, shared printers, elevator buttons and conference-table edges are the surfaces everyone touches. A state health department guidance document states the rule simply: always clean first, then disinfect. Soil left on a surface reduces what a disinfectant can do, and a disinfectant works only if it stays wet on the surface for the contact time printed on the label.

Products with an EPA registration number on the label are EPA registered disinfectants. The crew checks the label for the surface, the dilution and the contact time rather than wiping and moving on. A surface counts as disinfected only until the next person touches it, so frequency matters more than any single pass.

Break rooms and restrooms

Break rooms collect food residue in refrigerators, microwaves and on counters, while restrooms need restocking as well as cleaning. Both rooms are cleaned toward the exit, with floors last and supplies refilled before the crew leaves, so staff arrive to a stocked, clean room.

Access, alarms and after-hours work

Most office cleaning happens when the building is empty, which means access matters. Tell us how the crew gets in: a key card, a lockbox, a code or an arranged time with a building manager. Alarm codes, rooms to skip, rooms with sensitive equipment and where supplies are kept are all written into the schedule.

For multi-tenant buildings, the schedule also notes loading dock rules, elevator reservations and the building’s security desk, so the visit does not stall at the door.

How a visit runs

  1. Walk the space or send the plan

Square footage, the number of restrooms and break rooms, and the floor types set the scope.

  2. Write the schedule

Days, times, access and the checklist are written down, with extras such as carpet cleaning priced separately.

  3. Start the routine

The first visit sets the baseline and the same checklist is repeated on each scheduled day.

  4. Review and adjust

If an area needs more attention or a day changes, the schedule is updated in writing.

Questions about office cleaning

Can you clean after hours?

Yes. Evenings and early mornings are common. Tell us how the crew gets in and the schedule is built around it.

What is included in a standard office clean?

Floors vacuumed and mopped, desks and furniture dusted, hard surfaces wiped, trash emptied, glass cleaned, switches and handles wiped, break rooms and restrooms cleaned and sanitized, and dispensers refilled.

How are high-touch surfaces handled?

They are cleaned first and then disinfected with a product used according to its label, including the contact time.

How often should an office be cleaned?

It depends on the number of people and how the space is used. Offices with many staff or customer traffic often need daily restrooms and break rooms with other areas on a lighter schedule.

Can you add carpet cleaning or window cleaning?

Extras are quoted separately and added to the written schedule.

Do you also verify cleanliness?

ATP swab testing is available as an add-on. It is described on the electrostatic disinfecting page.
