House Cleaning in Georgia

A standard clean that keeps kitchens, bathrooms, floors and high-touch surfaces in order, once or on a repeating schedule.

A standard house clean is the visit that keeps a home ready for use between the bigger jobs. The crew works through the rooms with a set order: dust and surfaces first, then kitchens and bathrooms, then floors last so nothing that falls ends up on a clean floor.

The service is built for the weeks when the chores outrun the calendar. You choose a one-time visit or a repeating one, and the scope for each visit is written down so the first clean and the tenth cover the same ground.

What a standard visit covers

Every visit wipes down the appliances and surfaces in the kitchen, cleans the kitchen and the bathrooms, vacuums and mops the rooms, wipes light switches and door knobs, and makes the beds. Those five items are the core of the visit and they are the same whether the home is a one-bedroom condo or a larger house.

Add-ons are agreed in advance. If you want the inside of the oven or refrigerator done, or the blinds wiped, say so when you request the quote and the scope is priced with it, rather than discovered on the day.

Kitchens and bathrooms are where the time goes

Kitchens collect grease and food residue on cabinet fronts, around the range and on the handles people touch most. Bathrooms collect soap scum, hard-water film and the buildup around fixtures and grout lines. Both rooms need the product to sit on the surface long enough to loosen the residue before it is wiped, which is why they take the largest share of the visit.

For the surfaces everyone touches, such as faucet handles, door knobs and light switches, the order matters. Public health guidance puts it plainly: clean first, then disinfect, and read the label for the contact time. A cloth that only moves soil around does not make a handle safer, so the crew cleans the surface before any disinfectant goes on.

Floors, carpets and the materials underneath

Hard floors are vacuumed or dry-swept before mopping so grit is lifted rather than pushed across tile or wood. Wood and laminate get a barely damp mop, not a wet one, because standing water works into seams. Carpets and rugs are vacuumed, and spills are spotted rather than soaked.

Tell us about any floor or surface that needs a specific product or method. Natural stone countertops, unsealed wood and older finishes do better with a mild cleaner than a general-purpose one.

Being home, keys, pets and supplies

You do not have to be home. Some customers leave a garage or door code, others a hidden key, and the arrangement is recorded when you book. If you have pets, give the name and species so the crew knows who is in the house and which doors stay closed.

The crew brings what it needs to clean, including a vacuum and the cleaning products. If you prefer that specific products are used in your home, say so and they will be used instead.

How a visit runs

  1. Tell us about the home

Send the address, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets and any rooms to skip.

  2. Agree the scope in writing

The checklist for the visit is written down, with add-ons priced separately, so the work matches the price.

  3. The visit

The crew works room by room in a fixed order, finishing with the floors, then walks the home once more before leaving.

  4. Adjust the next one

If something was missed or you want more attention in one room, tell us and the checklist is updated for the next visit.

Questions about house cleaning

How often should a house be cleaned?

It depends on the household. Homes with pets, children or several adults usually need a weekly or every-other-week visit to keep kitchens and bathrooms from building up, while a smaller household can stretch to monthly. Start with the schedule that fits and adjust after the first two visits.

Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?

No. Leave a door code, a garage code or a hidden key and tell us how to get in when you book.

Do I need to supply a vacuum or cleaning products?

No. The crew brings the equipment and products. If you want your own products used, tell us when you request the quote.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes. Give the name and species of each pet when you book so the crew knows what to expect and which rooms to keep closed.

Can I set up repeat visits?

Yes. Choose a weekly, every-other-week or monthly visit, or book a single visit.

How is a standard clean different from a deep clean?

A standard visit covers the surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, floors and beds. A deep clean adds the hard-to-reach areas: inside appliances, under furniture and beds, blinds and baseboards.
